KittyPins.com Return Policy

KittyPins.com provides a simple process for returning broken, defective or incorrectly shipped Kitty Cat Pins, Kitty Magnets, Star Pins or Star Magnets.

• Contact Customer Service by Array or by calling 1-877-YO-KITTY (1-877-965-4889) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. The RMA code must be written on the original invoice AND on the outside of the shipping box. Please note that products returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number WILL NOT receive a refund or replacement.
  
  
• Repack the product in its original packaging materials.
  
  
• Include your order number with your returns to expedite the process.
  
  
• We must receive your returned product within 14 business days after issuing an RMA number or we must charge you for the advanced replacement product sent out. This process of sending a replacement product before receiving returned goods is not a standard industry practice, yet we feel it is inline with our mission of providing quality customer service. So that we may take such risks and continue such customer-friendly practices, we hope that our customers in return fulfill their agreement with us by returning their defective products.
